The Bidet is done, any elected official in the US whom took an oath to protect and defend, then speaks of tyranny over or against the people is simply done.
There is no defense for such by any elected official in this country, every single one takes exactly the same oath of office, Biden's word is totally worthless.
“To expect defeat is nine-tenths of defeat itself. It becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. It is best to plan for all eventualities then believe in success, and only cross the failure bridge if you come to it." Francis Marion - The Swamp Fox

The US military has about one million people in uniform. There are an estimated 100 million gun owners in the US.
Biden can act like Custer all he wants. We're the Sioux. Broadcasting one F16 strike with the resulting fatherless kids and blubbering wives would put a serious dent in our numbers Fascinating perspective... I would say QUITE THE OPPOSITE...
If you are not actively engaging EVERY enemy you encounter... you are allowing another to fight for you... and that is cowardice... plain and simple.

This a VCDL map of Virginia showing Sanctuary cities and counties standing AGAINST 1A and 2A bullchit. Every sheriff in every green county or city... supported the measure... Steve, you are fugging defeatist... Go peddle your doom and gloom on Fakebook or Twitter while the real men of America take up this fight... We can do a nationwide map also... but you already knew that GayGhost... didn't you... 👍👍👍

Those that think(I use that word lightly) that local LE will not follow orders are either living in a bubble, or have a face full of blinders and rose colored glasses.
The pandemic was not only a test, but it was an operation designed to do many things, one of those things was to purge LE of officers and officials that actually supported the Constitution and our rights.
Those that opposed the Stand Down Orders, the Enforcement of the Mask Mandates, the arresting of priests and pastors, the beating of old ladies not wearing a mask, arresting soccer moms for allowing their kids to play in a public park, etc. have been purged or silenced.
They have either retired, fired, quit, or silenced, what be have left is a LEO community devoted to the regime no matter what the order, it will be followed.
This is the same thing Obama did with our US Military.
Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Give a man a welfare check, a forty ounce malt liquor, a crack pipe, an Obama phone, free health insurance. and some Air Jordan's and he votes Democrat for a lifetime.

If we avoided strikes out of concerns over collateral damage in the Middle East, I'd like to think that we'd also do it on our home turf.

"Assault weapon bans" are window dressing for what the real goal is. Ask any front line federal shock trooper what he fears most. It isn't AR-15s. It's citizens armed with "scoped bolt action rifles". During the Bundy standoff a few years ago, radio comms between the feds were recorded and leaked onto the internet. Every time civilians with "scoped rifles" were spotted, agents in the field were advised to back off and seek cover.

Wait until the average know nothing politician realizes that Grandpa Joes deer rifle can take out human sized targets at 500 yards relatively easy, and also defeat most any body armor. Nobody needs guns like that!! Common sense Gun regulations coming for sniper rifles!

"you want to work against the government, you need an F-16. You need something else than just an AR-15"
That's why they don't want us to have F-16's either. And if an AR-15 is so ineffective, why do Brandon and Co. want so desperately to take them from us?
The biggest problem our country has is not systemic racism, it's systemic stupidity.

But the main reason is because they believe they can scare the public into majority support for banning them. Then they move to semi-auto handguns. Then tubular magazine rifles. Then revolvers. Etc, etc....

I'd like to think we've learned from past mistakes, both ours and others'. But our campaign in Afghanistan proved that's not the case.

This is just "preparing" us for what is about to come down the pike during Biden's second term when they make a Major Change in the make up of the Supreme Court. At lease (3) justices will be gone before 2028, Thomas, Alito, Roberts and possibly Kavanagh. Then you can kiss both the Second and the First Good By.

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed" - I believe one could make the argument that the word Militia is an informal army of the people (not federal) and the term "militia" would suggest that the people making up the militia would have access to the same quality of "small arms" as the formal government army. Certainly in the late 1770s, when the bill of right was drafted, the militia and formal continental army had access to the same weaponry.

A militia musters with their own personal arms, while an army is issued arms by the government.
