Not so.

Fat calories - work that way, in keytosis.

But Sugar calories trigger fat hording in the body.

And blood sugar spikes.

Burn a little, store a lot, for later.

LOL

Dietary fat is more likely stored as fat

Dietary carbohydrates are more likely to be burned for fuel

Do you have any Fuqking clue as to why?

That is Starvation - not Keytosis.

The Human body - does not distinguish between dietary or stored fat in Keytosis.

You are Ignorant.

In Keytosis, the Human body does not distinguish between dietary and stored fat.

It uses one, and the moves on to the other.

Carbohydrates - are Sugar.
Starches - are folded, bonded Sugar that require processing, like cooking.

The Human body stores Sugar as Fat like Crazy... for later.

You just don't understand what it's like to be Human.

How/when/why you die... will be the entertaining reading.

Like "CLUE!"

In the kitchen, with a gallon of chocolate ice-creme and a moon-pie.
