We always knew these RINOs were just Democrats in disguise, but now they are so disgusted with their Republican constituents demanding America First, they are talking about giving them the finger and switching over to the Democrat Party. Shocker Lisa Murkowski Threatens to Leave Republican Party and Join Democrats, Several Republican Senators Including Thune, Romney, Cornyn and Young Agree. For those of us who have been trying to awaken people to the true nature of Republicans in the senate, aka “the Decepticons”, the latest self-admissions are very welcome. According to interviews conducted by The Hill, several Republican senators are now saying they just cannot be members of the Republican Party if they are forced to represent the interests of the base voter. These very specifically named Republicans have always been members of the UniParty in DC; however, now they are saying “populism” amid the commonsense, America First voting base is not going to be acceptable. https://theconservativetreehouse.co...ing-thune-romney-cornyn-and-young-agree/

…and Thune is being groomed to replace McConnell.
Once he is Leader of the Senate minority, ( if he doesn’t switch) , he will make McConnell look like an America First MAGA Republican.

The notion of a Trump presidency is causing desperate people to make desperate decisions. Makes one wonder how deep and how powerful the deep state really is.

At least their being honest...........Finally. I read this with surprise, when I didn't see Collins listed. Nobody is going to be happy until they clear the air. Unfortunately that may take blood in the streets. We are so screwed.

Anyone that flips affiliation in a term. Should have their term terminated the very same day. Governor of said state appoints person of elected party affiliation for rest of term till next state election. Governor has no option to select replacement other than what party the voters of said state elected.
Mutha fugga,s pulling this schit midstream and probably planning on not running anymore. So they are immune to their constituents that elected them is total fuuking bullschitt..

True, but if they switch, they will no longer be under the thumb of party leader McConnell, they will be under the thumb of Democrat Leader Schumer. The Republicans stood with McConnell and voted “NO” on removing the filibuster rule. Once they become Democrats, will they stand with Schumer and vote “Yes” to remove the filibuster rule. If that happens there will be no stopping the Communist agenda, the Supreme Court will be packed, and we will truly be f*cked.

That headline kinda misrepresents what's actually stated in the original article, published in The Hill Magazine. Read the original article, only Murkowski actually mentioned switching parties, and she "won" in Alaska last go 'round without the GOP nomination anyway.
The other GOP senators mentioned did have quotes in the article, and it showed that they are RINO scum, but none of them mentioned switching parties.
I've been saying since before he was elected that Indiana's Todd Young is a scumbag political hack. Unfortunately, unless Trump makes a visit to Indiana and campaigns against him in the primary in '26, he'll be reelected again.

While we're at it...if a lawmaker sponsors a bill that is struck down as unconstitutional, you're out. Lawmakers shouldn't be constantly pushing the line. The Constitution is designed to protect the citizens. If your law can't pass Constitutional scrutiny, you're unqualified to sponsor bills, regardless of party affiliation.

They might as well and take McConnell with them. They've been voting democrat all these years anyway. That is another triumph for Trump. He has flushed out the pinko underbelly of the republican uniparty. Anyone joining democrats after the last three years deserves to burn with them.

Folks need to remember their names! Folks should have known that when the primary rolled around. If they didn't, they are too stupid to vote.

What makes this most troubling is why they are considering leaving their Party.
In the past, politicians like Reagan and Joe Lieberman switched Not because of their constituents, but because they could no longer support “The Party” platform.
As Reagan said, “I didn’t leave the Democrat Party, it left me”.
These Republicans however are really not talking about abandoning the Party and/or it’s platform, but instead they abandoning the people, the very people they promised to represent because they no long care what their constituents want or need.
Sad, very very sad.
