Good bullets properly placed always work, but not everyone knows what good bullets are, or can reliably place them in the field

The final day is a 50k (actually 33 miles, but who’s counting).

Guy I did IM Madison with just did some ridiculous 100 mile trail race. You're acting like doing 14 minute miles for a marathon 4 days in a row with 18 hours recovery between them is impossible. That tells me you don't have a clue about endurance sports. Edit: it would be easier than a 2.4 mile swim, 112 miles bike and a marathon in the same day.

There have been many successful stories told in this thread. Stories of people that were not in the best of health and decided to do something about it. Some were overweight, some with diabetes, inflammation, High blood pressure, aches and pains, etc. Most just felt like $chit everyday and things were getting worse not better.
They decided to turn this around and change there lives and get healthy.
Through Intermittent Fasting and a low carb diet they achieved miraculous results. To the point that they even got off all there meds.
They decided to share these results to hopefully help others that may be looking for some answers. People that may be looking to change there life and get healthy also.
I hope if anyone reading this looking for some help can sift through the BULLSCHIT. See those that are calling these individuals liars for what they are.
There are two type of people in this world. Those that stop and reach out a helping hand to someone in need. And those that will not stop, but walk on by and say, man it sucks to be you. Good luck with that $chit as they continue on there way. after reading this thread it's easy to tell who is who.
