Wish I woulda had them this morning. I’ve been riding in old Redwings. At this point I’m re-acquiring skills from several (uh, four) decades ago, and since now I’m OLD, being damn careful. So today was about short, steep, technical climbs while standing on the pegs and working on my clutch/throttle control while standing, which isn’t easy. Think walking pace; all about control and balance. Anyway at one point I got off my line and my left foot was a few inches from a big rock… that’s why this type of boot exists.
They feel like ski boots, though, I won’t lie. Huh. Sure thing retard… Oregon always had one hell of a workman’s comp benefits.
