Every waking moment of JeffO’s day is consumed with Trump thoughts. Pretty sad. And funny, aside from Gayghost I don’t think there is another person that sees it like you. This day was consumed by riding my dirt bike, shooting my Kimber 7 WSM a bit @ 650 yards, and doing some maintenance on one of my lathes. Didn’t actually think of Big Orange much today. A question on security tapes. If I have a unit on my property, do I have the right to determine what is retained or removed?
I can see a higher authority if those units are part of a federally funded security program. Usually. But you can't tamper with or delete security tape after receiving a subpoena for the tapes. That is obstruction of justice. That's what happened here.

Many innocent people are convicted in the court of public opinion before their actual cases ever come to trial, so I'll wait for the actual evidence to be entered into the court record and testified to.
Being charged with a crime is a lot different than being convicted of a crime, as everyone is still considered to be innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
