Thankfully I’ve never had to worry about the skirt of my deer stand…actually I’ve never had a skirt or a deer stand. 😀.
I’m stuck with my boots and my legs and the damn mule deer around here almost demand that I have to walk to them.
I think wearing a skirt in the deer stand sounds…..”invigorating”. 😂
JK….I hate Walmart too

Steveredd1 My local Walmart has gone to locking everything up, needed a side marker bulb, pack of bulbs that cost $1.97 locked up, and it gets better they make you pay for them before your done shopping same here. I needed a small item in the sporting goods section that took me 10 min to find a clerk to open the locked case. THEN the clerk had to escort me to a pay terminal. Not allowed to continue shopping. I told the lady to just forget it, and left. Bought groceries at Publix and did without the item.

My annual quest for the 16 pc assortment of black plastic spring clamps for securing skirting in my deer stands has been a nightmare.......
Lowes will sell a spring clamp in only one size, one at a time for $3......ace hrdware....same clamp $8.....tractor supply didn't have it either......not gonna bother with home depot.....
As much as i hate it, went into walmart .....they have the 16 pc assortment pack for $8.50......yipeeeee....
But like half the store, its behind locked glass......20 minutes of trying to locate access later, i give up, cursing out loud, driving home triggered out of my mind...... At $8.50 a pack it would seem to be something a guy could stock up on and not turn into an annual quest.

I use 2" clamps from Home Depot on the range.
$100 gets 100 of them.

I buy 99.9% of everything on-line... even framing lumber.
"What about the Cull lumber Cash?"
I order 30-40% more than I need, have them load it on my trailer... pick thru it on the job...
Return the 30-40% as Cull at full price... and then they offer to me at 70% off because it is Cull and they don't want to handle it again. (This works about half the time...)
I also tip (bribe) certain folks as part of this aggregate plan.
If you are not actively engaging EVERY enemy you encounter... you are allowing another to fight for you... and that is cowardice... plain and simple.

Stores have to lock chit up due to letting the animals in this country do whatever the hell the want. Thank your local demonrat. Also, use the internet for gods sake. No stress and easy to find the chit you need

Walmart and other stores are probably just more than a little tired of their merchandise walking out the doors without being paid for. I don’t blame them , but I do my best to not shop where that is a problem.
