Ha has said that if they separate the issues, he will support the promotions.

It's that simple.

THAT IS GROSSLY INACCURATE. There is nothing to separate - no bills in committee - and no mechanism whereby the senate can change a military policy unless a law is passed or as part of the annual national defense appropriation/authorization bills. The abortion issue is about a DOD policy created and passed down through SECDEF. There is no law or legal provision tying the abortion policy to general/flag officer promotions. Doesn't matter what the issue is, to hold serving military hostage to a political-sensitive policy issue is a huge disservice to the military.

My understanding is that officers of that rank are basically politicians.

Most certainly their promotions and placement are done politically. I’m all for stymying ANYTHING this current administration has influence or control over.

I wonder how many $$$$$$$$$$$$$ Bloombeerg has "donated" to Dan Crenshaw??

No schit.....
Honk for Joey " picks" to be sent to Chuck Schumer for carte blanche approval en masse.

Have to have horse blinders on to not see what is really driving it.

Lackeys for the Liberal Socialist Democrats that will schit on the constitution.
And blow off their officers oath.
Which is different than an enlisted soldiers oath.
And the fed oath of both is different from the NG oath of both.

I suggest some read the federal military officers oath.
Read and understand it.

Get back with me when they see it says anywhere in it obeying the commander in chief.

Officers primary oath is to the Constitution, not the POTUS....

You think Honk for Joey and his handlers ain't groomed that list for people who will blow off their oath to the Constitution

You bet they did....

I think you guys that aren’t residents of Texas, should mind your own business and clean up your own cess pool of a state before you comment.

And the wonderful thing about the officers oath is.
When enlisted realize what it entails per officers duty to uphold and defend the constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.

A light goes off in their head that their duty is to defend the constitution only.
Versus obeying a " elected imbecile" like Honk for Joey.

The constitution is what matters not some senile old fool put in place from election fraud.

That is what these nominations are about.
Installing lapdogs to blow off the constitution and their oath in the future.
Anyone seriously think Honk for Joey came up with these picks or had any input in the decision making process of it at all.
🤣🤣🤣🤣
I'm sure not all of em on the list are Lackeys..

But you can bet that list is packed with turds with eyes that are Liberal Socialist Democrat lapdogs just waiting to be good little tools....

Having not served myself I was criminally naive till I worked with and for men that were in a position to know and they educated me at least to the point I’ve a better understanding than I once did.

Anything done to block this administration’s appointments and approval sits just Fûckin fine with me.

Have not Liberal Socialist Democrats spoken for decades since LBJ,s great society and its octopus tentacles ever since.
They wanta change the electoral college after schit don't go their way.
They wanta make PR and DC states for Liberal Socialist Democrat politicians.
They wanta expand the scotus.
They wanta tailor the constitution and bill of rights to their agenda.
They wanta do away with the filibuster when it don't work for the

Once they get super majorities in all 3 branches.
And it will happen..

The constitution and the bill of rights will be officially dead.
36 lapdog states will ratify anything presented to them from DC.

Just be thankful to have lived in this nation in decades that were way better.
Cause we are fuuked, Liberal Socialist Democrats have never been stopped fully in anything they want to do.
Only slowed down.

Erosion of rights and chipping away of the constitution has been going on for decades upon decades.
And Liberal Socialist Democrats are the ones doing it for the most part in conjunction with turn coat once in office rino,s.

DC is corrupt.
Everyone gets rich with insider knowledge they groom or influence they peddle and or combo,s of it all.

Something you understand and Trump (unfortunately) didn't.
He bragged about his Admirals and Generals.
The ones who later stabbed him in the back.
I'd bet most who rise to Flag level are very experienced at CYA and dirty knife work.

And not to be a total duck about raises being held up...

Who ever had hungry kids or late payments from a delayed raise?
It's not a payout, you just have to live on what you are used to living on.
You arent getting the extra money, you arent used to having!

F'n POS Morons twisting this [bleep], figuring folks are too stupid to figure the easy
truth out.

How many people died or were maimed for life in Vietnam.
While lady schit bird Johnson had mega stock in bell helicopter.....
Plenty of other examples exist in the history of our nation how politicians and their friends and families get super smart stock knowledge and investments once someone they are connected too gets office in DC.

Fuuking AOC of all people says politicians should be banned from stock investments while in office and their family members also.

AOC for fuuuk sakes saying that schit.

I rest my case.

If you are not from TX, you have no business or right to comment on TX politicians.
