Depends on the area, weapon type, season, and how many points you have.

I've drawn 4 rifle bull tags since 2008, should draw my 5th next year.

In the area these bulls Dennis is talking about, there's only 5 tags available for nonresidents in the general draw, someone starting out in the bonus point system likely will die first before drawing.

This is a problem here in Idaho. The demand for non-res tags is so high that they've had to put strict limits on them. It makes non-res hunters unhappy but there are only so many elk to hunt.

wish Colo. would take a page from Idaho and put strick limits on non-res. tags too, but they are too in love with all the money.

Laws aren't preventative measures. In other words, more laws won't prevent gun crime from happening.

Oregon is an opportunity state and even though most units are below management they still keep selling tags and no limit on OTC .
Horrible game management

Boy Dre are you correct look at what is happening with our deer population poor management.

If there is any proof of a man in a hunt it is not whether he killed a deer or elk but how he hunted it.

Absolute garbage for deer. Ever since the winter of 16/17? Unless you hunt private, it’s been a grind to shoot a deer
Anyway. I’ve seen some toads get taken so far. If anyone is on FB, find elk addicts to see them.
