As indicated, if you hit that switch, you will not be subjected to comments from people who you don't want to read what they say. Click on their profile and proceed to succeed. It's quick and painless and provides years of relief. Like the Compost Tumbler, it changed my life. I chose geedubya as obviously no one is going to ignore geedubya.

You can toggle the ignore switch but that's like taking off the baking mitt to touch the hot pan, you know it's a bad idea so why do it?

So folks spend time on an open public forum to ignore people.

That's a little strange to me.

What happened to selfcontrol anywho...

How do you make it to where you can't see a post from someone on ignore? I mean a post they initiate. It still shows up, just blocks what they say. Latest is 79. What a waste of oxygen he is.

I wouldn't ignore Geedubya.

I do however use ignore for folks who I don't want to deal with in the classifieds so I don't have to remember who's who.

I like dogs. It doesn't bother me to hear a dog bark once in a while. Sometimes a dog's bark is purpose driven and has value. When my neighbor's dog barks non-stop, every time it is outside, for no reason whatsoever, I turn music on to drown it out.

I guess I can see that. Easy button for who not to deal with on a classified deal .

Just like I avoid certain people in real life that I don't care for, I do the same on here by putting people I don't care for on ignore.

I have no one on ignore. Where would this forum be without deflave, Big Stick and 79. I will even read some of the crap our leftist anarchists post. Some days they put up a big stink but they are anchor babies for the campfire. Especially when their diaper is full.
