Michelle Obama/Gavin Newsom is my bet. Mark this date. Did they file in NH and thus make the filing date that Biden missed? Seems like that would be public if they did. Nobody has missed anything yet. If I’m not mistaken, the filing period ends Friday at close of business. Biden’s campaign isn’t filing due to their disagreement with Scanlan following NH law regarding ‘first in the Nation’ voting. Check a paper today Why? Your follow-up post (which I didn't see prior to posting) mentions the First in the Nation issue, which I also referenced. I'm not surprised you have an infatuation with coating male faces. I have no interest in playing 'gotcha', but wanted to correct the wrong information provided about filing. Carry on.

He had two ways out. Miss the filing date or withdraw.
If he withdrew, any write ins he would get would be invalid, and would look bad in the media. His only choice was to miss the date.

I don't need to dig, since the filing period in NH closes on Friday. That's easily verified (I can walk you through the process if you're having trouble).
Fact: Biden's campaign 'could' file tomorrow. Their prior letter would mean nothing if they decided to do so.
