In fact, I proved that last one about 6 months to a year ago on this forum. You made some ridiculous statement concerning how wrong I was and there was no supreme court ruling concerning a Pres. vs CIC and as usual, you were wrong just as you are now, but hey, keep living in your "reality" world cause you have a lot of company there. President and Commander-in-Chief are separate. 3. Article II of the Constitution, Commander-in-Chief, is separate from Article III, Federal Government.
