Awful flat down that way and deer dog country Agree... $2,600/acre would be my buy price on that land. Brock (listing agent) throws me a couple of these every week. The 200 acre piece boarding Yogaville, VA a few years back almost hooked me... LOL

So how many dollars a year in taxes so you can keep it? Doesn't say in this listing but my guess for 100 acres of raw land in that area would be $200-$250. Cash can confirm and maybe I'm off, but from what I've seen raw land in those out of the way places are cheap.
One is alone in a land so vast, there is only the mountains, the wind, and the eyes of God.
