Good price - that's about a third of the cost of 2 x 72's I've been looking at.
Might even be able to afford something like this. I'm not a pro, just a weekend warrior / hack, so I can't drop too much on one.
Thanks for the link.

Thanks for the link. I’ve been using a grizzly 2x72 for several years, really wanted a variable speed. This checks the box for what I need hopefully. Back ordered, so no idea how long out it’ll be. I report back when I get it if any one is interested

Gruff - Variable speed is an absolute game changer. I started out on a Craftsman fixed speed 2x42. Daughter backed over it, which lead me to a variable speed 2x72.
PM me about some 2x42 belts if you are interested.

I finally had a chance to give the new grinder a whirl last night.
I’m glad I bought it, and it will be handy. Especially being able to turn it 90 degrees. But I am also glad I have a bigger motor on my 2x72. The motor on this one is a little weak. You can’t really bear into a piece and grind hard. You’ve got to go slower and easier. This was just a 120 grit belt, I didn’t try out a scotchbrite or finer grit yet.
