Anybody know if the Speer Gold Dot rifle ammo is pretty much just the same thing as Federal Fusion ammo? Was looking to maybe try some of these for deer out of my 308 and was just curious.

Google (who knows all) says nope.
Or at least the marketing lies didn't mention Fusion.
It's you and the bullet, and all the rest is secondary.

After watching a couple gel test on youtube it sure looks like a fusion fully expanded.
