My EC noodles are newer... 7-8 years old, something like that. I bought them about the same time I bought my current boat. I had 3, but a fish pulled one in the river one night when I was taking a leak, so it had been 2 for few years 🤣
Aside from the grip being a bit different, this new spin/fly feels just about identical to the spinning rod that took a swim.
