I've hunted and fished around Dryden and Kenora a few times. Always came up thru Frostbite falls, and spent the night there. Northern Minnesota and Northwest Ontario are great places if your an outdoorsman.
Our fishing was in the area a bit east of Dryden. Right about 1350 miles from home. When we were kids, we were happy to cross at Soo because, #1...... We got to stop at Zellers and, #2...... We knew we were half way there.
