We bought ourselves a Kuerig coffee maker with the carafe on the side. That way I can brew a full pot for me and she can make a single cup of some wild flavor for herself.
I could wish a lot of things on my worst enemy but neuropathy ain't one of them.

Nothing I really need but the gf and I are taking a couple day road trip after Christmas. Few places along the way she wants to go but mainly checking out some out of the way gun shops and decent pawn shops. I'm sure I'll find something for myself on one of those stops or maybe a couple

A Holly fuel injection system for the 72 BBC Corvette. My lovely bride even suggested it. We were at the gun shop last weekend. She commented we hadn’t added to the collection lately and maybe one of GGGGrandpa Browning’s inventions should follow us home. I guess I’ll keep her around.

Son hasn’t been home in several years due to my severe illnesses caused by Covid, a 14 month stay in hospitals and nursing home and his work as a special projects team for a large insurance company. Anyway, supposed to come for 4 days after Christmas. He’s bringing me an AR he’s partially put together along with some accessories as a case and multiple
magazines. We intend to do the final assembly and fire it. I imagine I will treat myself to some ammo to feed it for Christmas. After 14 months away for medical issues, you’ve earned all the ammo you can shoot. Congrats on your recovery. Merry Christmas. agreed, get that gun built and enjoy the time with your son
