Usually do the pork and sauerkraut....this year be different.
Picked up 2 5lb baby back ribs.
Baked beans with brown sugar, bacon, maple syrup, more beans more bacon soaking in the fridge for tomorrow. Never made baked mac and cheese...searching now for a good recipe online. Pretty sure I have all ingredients. Butter, flour, milk, salt and pepper, cheese and pasta is all it takes. Way better than boxed imho

Not real hungry, might grab a bowl of cereal or something. The wife died of ovarian cancer 2weeks ago so it's going to be a quiet new year. So sorry to hear that 1beav . . . sincere condolences to you and all the family and friends.
Someday I hope to be the person my dogs think I am . . . The only true cost of having a dog is its death. Someone once said "a nation of sheep will beget a government of wolves." Shiloh Sharps . . . there is no substitute. NRA Endowment Member
