OP ronwethington Campfire Regular R Joined: Mar 2018 Posts: 2,238	Brother of a friend has a Cooper 38 in 20 VT. Wood and stainless. Did Cooper make a 38 in 20 VT or has the barrel been swapped? What kind of money would it be worth in excellent condition?

Is barrel fluted? Does it have a rubber or steel butt pad? Does it have a varmint stock? There are three grades of Varmint stocks, Varmint, Montana Varmint Target, & Varmint Extreme. I'd say $1800 to $2500.

My other auto is a .45 The bitterness of poor quality is remembered long after the sweetness of low price has faded from memory
