Well, at least having a black guy as a crewman on a sailing vessel in the late 1930s early 40s makes sense. It’s not like they’re inserting them into Georgian England as they have done in other shows.
Am I correct in thinking that the movies is based on the capture of an enigma code machine from a Kraught sub? I know they had one called (I think) U-571 years ago. An American film, so they made the sub that captured enigma an American boat. But it was a British sub that did it. Hell it Might have been even before Pearl Harbor!😀 I don’t remember for sure. Reon
