How much did your G sell for?
I sure liked that one. Had two in that sale, one went for $1000 and the other $1050

Ouch!
I should have signed up for the auction.
Was there added fees for buyers?
I used an auction house once…..I figure he took 15% from me…also .added 15% to the buyers cost to boot.

What seems to be lost in this query, was not the asking price, but what I could have gotten it for. $550.00 and it still sounded like it was best to walk away, which I did.
Thanks for the help, even RAM said Good For You, (gfy) and I thought he was upset with me…

Dang it Shrapnel! Tell us about that Colt in your signature line!!! Thank you. It is a King’s Gun Works Colt that I got from Hank Williams Jr. he had them put a 3 3/4 inch barrel on a first generation frame, with a Bisley hammer and one piece grips. It is 45 Colt…

That’s quite the provenance that pistol has. Not one you’ll be taking on backpacking trips probably! And thanks for the information! To show my appreciation I will take back every bad thing that I’ve said about Montanans … except what I said about Jim Conrad, deflave, Ingwe, …. and some others too numerous to mention!
