The man is selling a product, If you don't like what he sells you don't have to buy it.

Where is the con in that?

safariman sold overpriced products that wouldn't perform as advertised, to unsophisticated people.

tater head does the same thing.

Only difference is, safariman's business was regulated.

Safariman is a thief and a conman, he stole numerous items from members here under the guise of helping a veteran, a good friend and fellow sportsman, a fellow church member, ect, ect. Gophergunner did the same types of things.

I do miss the bikini pics of Asphalt Angel though...........

Burns is no thief, not even close but he is a huge asswhole and I'll bag his ass every chance I get.

Out of ALL the things to single out, that’s the least fertile.

WGAF about having a beer or six during a trade show.

Not to mention, Johnny would probably die from withdrawals if he didn’t have any. I, for one, want to keep him alive. The ‘fire would be boring without him.

Ya, having a beer with friends after the setup or show would be so fugging weird.

Wow.

I disagree with Burnsie on Ukraine. I’m in hopes that Russia prevails and teaches NATO a lesson but the deal with Burnsie is his blowhard bragging which is also the thing that makes Buzzy so odious. As if they have anything to brag about. But I would take Burns over Buzzy any day. Thankfully I don’t have to deal with either one.

My thoughts too, however most vendors there at least try to hide the beer cases until after the show is done for the evening.

There is no telling how early or late in the day that pic was taken however…it could have been well after the show officially closed for the day. There’s usually plenty of people still wandering around ‘after hours’ and I’d have absolutely zero issue with a vendor who had a case of beer at the booth. I had a few beers at that show with my NZ outfitter. He went out of his way to not be obvious about it, just to not give any potential clients wrong impressions.

One other note: they sell beer there at the Salt Palace during the show at the food counter.

The fact that ladders are standing in what appears to be in the main traffic path tells me that might be setup or takedown day,

With a wooden what? Regardless, probably not a pleasant experience.

There is no traffic around my house either, but in the grand scheme of things SLC is pretty easy even now. A lot of you need to get a grip.

But the ladder itself is doing a Great Service. Better be a type IAA if the job site is inspected but I am basing that off an estimate of the stress on that hat band.

People give Burns a hard time here but he is obviously a capable shooter. Maybe his heyday was back when VHS tapes were a big thing but he has posted some digital videos of him doing shooting things that most here could not do (including me). Yes he is extremely fat and yes he is a huckster, but he does have some demonstrable shooting skill.
