Hi I've been to a few Remington sites and gotten different answers. Can anyone tell me the date this rifle was made? Already bought it, just curious.

BK is January, 1990 or January 2016 and with the QR code, that would logically be 2016.
Do a search for Remington date codes.

Thanks all Took it out for a spin today. Everything functions fine, seems pretty accurate (sub MOA), forgot my spotting scope so gonna go back out next warm day to finish sight in at 300 yards.

Called my gunsmith, Kevin Weaver. It's got that damn Remington MOA trigger, doesn't lock the bolt on safe and really can't be set much lower than 4 lbs. He's going to replace it with the older style Remington trigger and set it to 2 3/4 lbs like all of the rest of my rifles including my 500 Jeffery. He's very good with the older style Remington triggers, just replaced the trigger on my Rem XCR II in 375 Weatherby and it's great. Getting there ...

Be a Promark trigger. MOA is Winchester.

You're right, I hate the new Remington triggers
