I’d never rebarrel mine, but sell it instead. They’re now almost a cult item of sorts. Someday they might become collectible, or fade into obscurity.

I don't think you'd have to remove the barrel for that. I'd think with all the automotive products for cutting fine lines in paint on curves leaving a barrel on wouldn't be an issue.
