Before Milos Forman emigrated and started making films in the States (One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, etc) he was making films in his native Czechoslovakia. His last Czech film, The Fireman's Ball, is an absolute scream.
Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels and Snatch both tickle my funnybone.
Basically, anything Mel Brooks ever did makes me laugh. I can't count the number of times I've watched Blazing Saddles and Young Frankenstein.
