You have to cross it constantly because of the spandex posse taking up a third of your lane. Before you get after Paul there’s a lot better place for these asshats to ride.

How many ever passed on the inside shoulder of a jughandle ramp. None of the times were my best moments. Pretty good driving, for such a stupid moment! Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!

It can be done safely. The double yellow is based on line of sight and the speed of traffic.
