For sale is a Ruger American stainless .243 with a 18.5 inch (compact) barrel in a full size (13.5" lop) stock. This was a compact model American that I simply swapped into a standard full size stock. It makes an easy to maneuver all weather rifle or a great truck gun. Mounted is a Redfield wideview 2-7 scope that has been rather sloppily spray painted, apparently while attached to the rifle since there are minor paint marks on the metal. The stock is like new.
