I had a Focus issue on one of my Arkens could not get through on the phone, customer service via E mail they sent me a new scope with no issues have 3 like them. As I recall accessed them through the account that I set up on the initial order.

I guess they do not like that one dude.

Maybe it's ran by younger guys. A lot of people under age 40 do not want to talk on the phone. It's text or email only for a lot of younger people.

350 rounds out of a 375 Weatherby and the scope is broken? Gee,I wonder why?

Miner has been holding up so far on the AR-10. But only 75 rounds of M80 ball through it at this point. Will be sending more soon, I ordered a sampling of a few different 308 ammo's to compare.

What's concerning to me,is when a NIB $2K Reupold MK5 HD "performs" like this at 50yds on a 22LR. Hint.

Arken is not a US company. It is a Chinese company that has a US contact person.

I had an issue with my EP 5X25, could not get a reply until I used messenger on FB. Then it was prompt, I think they are greatly under staffed.
