Went perusing the Savage website and found these new offerings, their Timber series in semi-auto and bolt action.

Looks like they just put the A22 into some different stocks and added a carbon fiber barrel for the semi-auto versions but not sure about the B series action. The striker looks different from their Mark II but the main difference is that it has the 10 round rotary mag of the A22. Also, they seem to have messed up the descriptions somewhat, these say they come with two piece Weaver bases but the pics show a one piece picatinny rail.

The A series is in .22 LR only but the bolt actions are in .22 LR, .17 HMR and .22 Mag.

Not looking for a new .22 myself (at least not today wink ) but figured I'd bring it to folks' attention.

Ignore the MSRP, that is a marketing gimmick, Savage has multiple price levels.
