My better 1/2 made a batch of Mini Buns this weekend, they are 3" in Diameter. So I decided to challenge myself and make Mini Cheeseburgers, they were outstanding! lol

I think my American Friends call them Sliders. Some pictures, I put the steak knife there to show the scale.

I remember as a kid my Mother made homemade buns that were small. Only she would use ham, I like the idea of making sliders.

I’m ok with sliders. I cut my full size burgers in half to eat them anyway. Just a little easier to manage for me. Come to think of it I cut all my sandwiches in half. I cant even remember when I started doing that.

Speed up them sliders .. a 12 pack of artisan dinner rolls layout your Burger a half to 3/4 larger than the buns cook as 1 giant Burger set rolls as they came out the pkg cut to fit ....12 to go please!
