Beautiful rifle but I no longer have a rifle chambered 222 mag. Ammo is obsolete and if you find any it will be $2.00 plus a round. There are some stashes of Norma in Europe but even costlier. Decent dies are also hard to find. Do you have ammo and dies ? Only one mag ? Another nearly impossible item to find but absolutely necessary to varmint hunt. How about rings since no front sight, how did you shoot this rifle ? Are those small nicks in the crown?

Yes, factory loaded ammo is definitely hard to come by. I do have one bag(100) remaining of new Remington brass that will go with it. No dies or other reloading components, but they are still available. I've only ever had a need for one magazine as I single load all of my varmint rifles. I don't have rings as I moved them to another rifle that I still use. They are still available. No nicks in the crown, photo may not be the best but there is NO crown damage.

Nice rifle and GLWS. I admire your photography skills. They are much better than most and certainly better than mine. PS. I can only hope that Woodpecker's post does not discourage anyone from pursuing the purchase of this fine rifle donsm70

Sorry not trying to dissuade anybody from buying but buying a high dollar rifle chambered obsolete and missing parts begs questioning. With obsolete cartridges seller should have mentioned 100 rds of brass. But big empty holes in forearm and buttstock sounds like parts are being moved around. Like older Sako rings and front sight. If asking about this is out of bounds then you buy it

Woodpecker your asking comes off a bit more as critiquing..anybody who would be interested in this rifle is probably well aware 222 mag ammo isn’t laying around on every shelf..
And while there are parts missing his pics very clearly show such. Not misleading at all as some sellers can be Just my 2 cents that nobody asked for
She never made it past the bedroom door, what was she aiming for...? She's gone shootin..

Sold for $1800 with no sights, no sling studs, no ammo, no reloading components and the buyer didn't even want the brass!
