Unless you have a really large front bell on your scope, The machined Weaver Medium Rimfire rings work fine on a CZ. Just about every Wally World has them for $10

I bought a cheap set off of ebay, and they work well. I prefer them over the cheap Weaver type. Those always seem cheap to me. There are also Warne, but they are quite a bit more money. Good solid rings though, and trimmer looking`.

This is what I'm running:

Scope is a 4.5-14x42

Here's what the Warne rings look like:

I got a cz mount that you use regular rings on for mine. I went with the 15moa slant to be able to use more of my scope. Pete's Pillars has everything you will need for the 457

Leupold 11mm on mine. Nice rings.

Unless I need some tilt built in for LR, I much prefer the neat appearance of standard rings over a rail. Had a couple of rails, but one (forget which) occasionally bounced empties back into the action.

Bkl makes some nice aluminum rings for the cz 457, in both inch and 30mm

CZ aluminum 11mm rings are OK but a bit bulky.
Burris Signature .22 rings are a little more refined.
