I 'v been a township trustee since 1982, A neighbor has a problem with the Iowa CNR.
They are backing water on his pasture, and have flooded about three aches..

What is CNR?
Do they have any sort of ROW/easement claim?
What are their actions that are the backing backing water on the persons land?

Only townships known here are marked on Topo Maps. Smallest areas here are counties. I doubt if anyone even knows what township they are in. We have County Commissioners for different districts,but they are all in the pockets of the developers. Useless politicians.
