hi guys a friend emailed and said he has a line on an old set of redfield 2 piece bases. if you take the ruger rib off do these mount to the bbl using the existing holes? thanks chris

Yep, they sure do. Take a look at the location/spacing of those existing holes, though... pretty far forward, and the respective bases are centered on their hole patterns. Just something to keep in mind.
