I have a pair of zeiss 10x40 BGA's, which I love, with the factory skinny nylon strap, which I hate. Anybody recomend a decent strap, and where to get it? I don't really want the suspension thing, to many straps, and it should be waterproof, and comfortable to wear against my bare neck even if wet.
John

Art,
good to have ya back, missed your witty reparte... 'Course, the glass is now discontinued, right after I decide to buy it, right? Story of my life, no regrets, though, still fine glass, thanks.
John

Check out a good camera shop. They'll have lots of straps to replace the equally skinny straps that come on cameras.

Doc,
Really good idea (why didn't I think of that?). Wonder if they's have any in sureal tree/centblock fleece, or better yet, 3-D camo/pheremone enhanced? (sorry, got my smarta$$ shorts on today...)
John

[This message has been edited by J. Calhoun (edited March 31, 2001).]

Check out Crooked Horn Outfitters bino-system at crookedhorn.com. Hard to beat! They keep your bino's on your chest for shooting or bowhunting and put the weight on your shoulders instead of your neck. They may be for wimps, but I love em!
