To answer your questions that I have recieved so far. It is not the grooved reciever model It is 22LR that shoots shorts and longs It has the steel butt plate It is in great over all condition for age, Like I said earlier it does have some scratchig/scraping on the right side of the forend, noting serious but the only marks on the gun that are significant. The best way that I could describe this is little short marks mainly on the front half of the right side of the forend that are less deep than typical checkering. Not a big deal and not super noticable but don't want any suprises. The rest of the gun is in great condition with the bluing in great shape for the age with the expected wear spots for a gun this age. The action is very tight and functions very well! He is asking $650 shipped for it.
