I love it, bet ya got a bunch of new yokers that di that. You should hear them here when the airbots are running the river to get to the hunting areas. They swear it must be a bunch of drug runners since they are likewise dressed in camo, have big white boxes on the deck (coolers) and have rifles in racks!

Matthias, There's probably something you better get used to, unlike our counterparts (the veterans of World War II and Korea) that turned their backs on us. Come November the veterans of Vietnam will send Junior Bush packing back to Texas. LOL

Are you running out of words, Drift Dodger? That's the exact same words you posted elsewhere, SimpleSimon!

"shall not be infringed"
nothing is bulletproof, there is no bullet that can't be stopped.
befor GCA 1968 anyone could order an assault weapon thrugh the mail. How has mandating background checks changed the dynamics of an assault weapon?

Larry, in case you haven't noticed your beloved "hunting rifle" is referred to as a "sniper" rifle by the gun grabbers these days. They also refer to the .50BMG rifles as military weapons, they were in use by civilians long before the military became interested in them.

I don't have anything to add to this, other than to say that every time I see the campfire index, and the title to this thread, it just gives me a good feeling inside. Yeah.

My "beloved hunting rifle". LOL Maybe a better term would be "treasured" not beloved because it's an object not a person. LOL

I'm gonna hate to see what this ole world is like in another 20 or so years. Somehow these gun-grabbers and cry babies need to be shut down. Course it's been going on since the beginning. My first dealings with em was back in the 70's (the cry babies), had been out shooting the AR-15 and decided to stop at the local tavern on the way home. It was way outside the city limits. Had a window on the vehicle that had been busted out so I took the rifle in and had Frank put it up behind the bar til I decided to leave. No problem. Back then it was kinda "anything goes" out there. Well as the night wore on and the place got packed, some character from outa town ended up in there and started crying to Frank about that type of rifle being in there. Telling him what he couldn't have in his place was a big mistake . Ole Frank was a contrary old bastard, and to put it politely told him to get the hell out of his place. Those were the days!

Crybabies! LOL. You bed wetter's (queers) would piss your drawers if that AR-15 ever jammed at the wrong time. Larry,Larry, Larry, I've been civil to you through all this. No need to start with the name calling at this ole boy. In that post I was telling of a bleeding heart S.O.B. that didn't have any business running his mouth off about firearms in that place. That was about the most ignorant thing a person could do in those days. Especially in an old redneck beer joint that saw on average 6 fights a night on the weekend. The law wasn't even allowed to be called from that place. The dumb bastard was lucky to even get out of there with just Frank on his ass! Like I said Larry, I've been civil to you, I expect the same in return.
