Calling a spade a spade is not "turning his back on fellow war vets." The pilots who dropped 2,000,000 tons of cluster bombs on Laos between 1964 to 1973 were not killing enemies of the U.S., we were not at war with Laos. People are still dieing in Laos everyday because of what "fellow war vets" did during the war in Viet Nam.

That is just a single instance of war crime committed by "fellow war vets." and that crap about just following orders don't wash and never did.

"Calling our president an idiot proves that you are disrespectful and more than likely you are bitter person that sits in a dark room watching cnn."

In my opinion, a man needs earn respect before commanding it, Junior Bush has never proven his ability of reserving either. That especially holds true for commanding the largest military army in world. I will agree that holding the office of President does command respect. However, in an election year freedom of speech must rule the day and the fact is he an idiot.!

"largest military army"? Is there any other kind of army? Oh, yeah, the Salvation Army.

Walker: You must be a fast typer, but, that was some extraordinary post and I appreciate you taking the time to underscore the remarkable achievements of GWB. You post facts that show the President as a true leader.

Inspector: One of the plain tactics of this campaign has been the use of propaganda. When one is versed in the methodology of propaganda it becomes clear that the Dems are the better practicioners, however, they may wish to consult you for an advanced course. You have used most of the tools of the trade exceptionally well. Congratulations.

Hey Inspector! Not all of us Canadians have a "follow the leader" or "take what is handed to us" mentality , and we don't take things lightly or lying down.
My Family has been fighting gun control since bill C168, for example, and I for one take exception to you painting me with the same brush as those that are too lethergic to get off their asses and do something . Watch your mouth , Sir , some canadians don't give a dam, but this one sure as hell does!

A republican talking about how the Dems are the better practitioners of propaganda? Read the posts here that support Bush and his war on the "Iraqi terrrorists", and you can see how effective the Bush administration was at propaganda. It's almost funny, it is so idiotic.

We'll see how deep Bush's commitment is to bringing Democracy to Iraq. My bet is that come hell or high water, the troops will be pulled out because Bush knows that if they stay any longer than he stated, he will lose support for the war, and the election. We will turn over a country with many factions struggling for power, that could easily erupt into civil war, to the UN, and it will only be done so Bush has a shot at re-election, the situation in Iraq be damned.

After 9-11, we had the whole world behind us. A good leader could have mustered that into breaking the reign of terrorism, and ridding the world of it. Instead, we get a buffoon who instead turns the whole world against us, and sets up a breeding ground for terrorists, and provides them with a cause to unite the warring factions. Where is that on the list of accomplishments?

I cant help it, I must transmit more propaganda. See:

Christopher Hitchens

Don't you mean the whole world minus about 33 nations?

Rick--the whole world was behind us when they were placing wreaths at Ground Zero, but when it came to the hard, dirty dangerous work, it was us and the Brits who had the guts to do what needed to be done, as usual. The Frogs, Krauts, and Bolshies were too busy cutting their deals and covering their behinds to help. Now exactly how is that Bush's fault. The "international comunity" you want Bush to rally routinely condemns Israel as a racist state---how much chance is there of rallying those people against Arab terrorists. We got the ones who count.

We need to go back to TR's school of foreign relations, Mess with Americans and you get to meet "A few good men that arrive in gunboats". Do the right thing and we mind our own business.

Back to basics folk, protect our own and leave the rest to do the same. We do not need to become a Colonial Power.

I look at my president like a spouse, either you trust him or you don't. you can second guess all day if you like but I do not think it works in mariage or politics. You call my president and that really pisses me off but I will not debate you regarding this as we are simply too far apart and it is not worth my time. you will not get another response from me.

Quoting President Bush on Oct.11,2000 on nation building is like quoting Clinton on fidelity in 1993. Calling our president an idiot proves that you are disrespectful and more than likely you are bitter person that sits in a dark room watching cnn. THIS IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF WHY THAT THE DEMOCRATS MASCOT IS A JACKASS!!!!!

You must cut the Grass at Georges Ranch house and that is why you can't read or comprehend English?
I will make this very clear, I have ZERO respect for "Duhbya."
He got the office through his Fathers connections, Supreme Court appointments and Cash.
All his decisions are made by his Corporate backers and He basically is just another Puppet.
Now I hope you can understand clearly. If you can't here it is in "Spanglish"
Bear in mind my "Mex" is a tad rusty so this might be insulting rather than informative.

That's getting old.

TLee,
I think your using Castillian Spanish dialect where mine is Mexican. There is a huge diference in some words and if translated incorrectly it would not be understood.
