Sammer, the 180 AB's aren't particularly accurate, but the 180 Partitions are going into 3/4"... I'm going to fiddle with various 165's "just because" but I think load-development is done laugh

Done sounds good Brad!

I'm having the exact same results. 180 Partitions look to shoot like champs, 180 AB's...not so great.

And I call dibs on the '64....(grin)

Brad, you shoot again today?

180 PT's and 165 AB's still cooperating?

Sammer, windy as heck... should've stayed home, but was happy to put more rounds down the tube (with more cleaning in between)... just loaded a batch of 20 180 NAB's from you... will play with seating depth and two charges.

Summer at the range is fun!

Right on.
Yeah, pretty breezy in town but Logan was almost calm this morning. I imagine things were really cruisin' across the pass.

Summer is fun but it sucks waiting for the barrels to cool off. I love January....(grin)

Curious to hear how the AB's work out. Partitions look pretty solid outta the WSM. Gonna try your Hornady's sometime later this week. I might just try to shoot a deer with those suckers.

Brad, really like your rig. my main hunting rifle since about 1990 has been a '61 fwt in '06. I was also born in '61 10-10 to be exact. I traded a colt hbar for a '61 270 fwt last december. they both have conetrol mounts and 3x9 leupold on the '06 and a 2.5x8 on the 270. I like the idea also of hunting with a rifle made the year i was born. attached is a pic of the '06 from this years hunt. good luck with yours!
