Right now in Saint John, NB, Canada it's 62deg F with light drizzle and fog. It's been like this for a month. The fog just drips off the trees. The dehumidfiier pulls out 35 pints in the basement EVERY day. I hate it.

I think we drove through Yuba City last year. NE of Sacramento?
It was warm there(early March) but was snowy and chilly back here in Bozeman. Quite the difference in climate 800 or so miles away.
86 here currently.
