Mr.Potts thanks for the reply.the bushings I have on hand basicly duplicate the Win. AA load so it looks like the lathe is going to make some bushings for heavier field loads. You are right that in its day it was the cadillac of loaders.I bought it off ebay and with the exception of a bent primer tube which was easily fixed it is in new condition <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I wiil keep your email Thank you again.

My 1st post had a link to a picture I put up, its a single stage Texan D-Press and I need a chart with powder weight bushing info - having a hard time finding anything about the Texan press and wondering why? It seems like a very solid and well made press, I checked the bushings in it they are 4x and the other one is a J bushing. If you have any info on this presses bushings it would sure help.

Gentlemen,
Thanks for the information provided above. I have the "M" autoloaders ( one 20 ga. and one 12 ga) and had "lost" the charts on bushings. This helps a lot. I can weight the power (would do anyway) to check the power bushings for the load receipt.
FURTHER: I need a 20 GA. Resizing collar. I have the TEXAN resizing tool also which has the ability to change the sizing collar on the tool. Anyone have a source or part ??

Thanks,

Anyone interested in my Texan Shotshell Loader? It has been in my Cabinet for over 30 years. It was used very little and is like new. Has primer feed. It is set up for 20Ga, but I have conversion kits for 12,16,20,28,410ga plus extra parts. I have 15 powder bushing and 10 shot bushings. Should be worth a couple hundred dollars.

Hi retiredtexan.

I'd be interested. This weekend I am picking up a Texan reloader from a buddies dad. It has been in a box for some years and I don't know how complete it is. I also don't know if it is useable. I need something useable and not an antique to display. Your set up may be the perfect set up and my buddies a complement for extra bushings,et al.

How can we talk outside this post?
