For the turkey hunters on this forum, let's see some turkeys you've had the blessing of standing on their head after squeezing the trigger and other pictures that are good memories of days gone by...

Here's a few from my collection;

First turkey my son Hunter was ever exposed to. Not even a year old...

This past season, I called in this bird for my bud to smoke. His first turkey...

My oldest son Hunter, age 3, with his first turkey kill. He helped aim and pulled the trigger. I simply shouldered the gun.

WI.

That is the second bird I've shot there that flew down within range. We got two birds there this year.

LBK,

what is the shootin' iron set up you have there in the last few pics? Looks interesting.

Nice birds BTW.

The very last picture is my Rem super mag. Quaker Boy easy yelper under mounted on the barrel. The camo gun is a New England firearms 10 ga. with a Kicks Gobblin Thunder choke. It has a Tasco Red Dot pro-point. Really would like to ditch the Tasco, but so far no problems with it and it's been on there since 2002.

Really didn't have an intention of killin' a Jake, but the gun had a mind of it's own and I watched in horror as it rose to my shoulder while I was powerless to stop it...

Jakes are fine...shot more than a fair share.

That one looks like it has a pretty big fan. I have several that are quite small.

also shot one with a full fan, and a 4" beard.

nice! Looks like he caught it all in the face. grin

Just south of MR Road, but north of the 153 exit, on the west side of 51, there are ALWAYS toms strutting near that little clear cut. ALWAYS.

If a guy could get in there...
