A sheriff in a smal town in Texas walks out into the street and sees a cowboy coming toward him with nothing on but his hat,gun and boots. He arrests him for indecent exposure. As he is locking him up he asks him why he is walking around naked.
Cowboy says, 'Well, it's like this sheriff...'.
