It helps to use an ultra light trout rod. It gets fun in a hurry with the right setup. with broomsticks not so much.

They look worthy of a .416 Remington. By the way, I invented that cartridge.

Eliphalet Remington II...I was the Senior, before the Junior and # 1 and 2. Dan might be a stage name, you never know. Chills my bones to see what's become of the company. That's why I started up Cooper Arms by the way. Did I ever tell you about the times I spent drinkin' with John Browning?

I hear tell it was scratched out on the back of a cocktail napkin that JMB kept locked away . . . . . BMT

Well, it's true, he got it from me. I fell under the spell of a particularly fine cognac while playing cards with him one night and he asked me if I had any new ideas for a repeating weapon. The rest is history as you note. I do not take offense in any degree, for he was a good friend and had excellent tastes in liquor. Ideas are a dime a dozen my friend. Hell, I designed the B-29* in my sleep! In one night! *The airplane, not the cartridge.

That's too bad. They are going to start taxing createtivity.
