Jeff O, if you go for the Target turrets in the end are you going for both or just elevation? I have a 4.5-14 with target turrets that is perfect in my eyes. Also have another 3-9 in the safe that is waiting for turrets. thinking that one may just get a elevation turret and call it good.

Just elevation; I hold off for windage on hunting rigs.

Does anybody know if the Kenton Industries turrets are the same height as the Zeiss target? Looking at their web site they seem hihger, but it could just be the picture.

Bumping this for informational purposes. Talked to Zeiss today; they will still add turrets to Conquests. Cost is $80 which includes return shipping. Sending them a couple of mine. I had intended to this way back then. Got hurt, stopped shooting for a couple years, and kinda forgot about it. I was very happy to hear they still do it.

I am thinking about this for my Eurooptic Conquest 3-9x40. I don't see the pic anymore, can someone show again what it looks like with the Target Turrent? How does it tie in to the pre threaded area for the hunting cap?

Had Zeiss do a elevation turret on a 3.5x10 x44 conquest, that is a great Medium weight scope around 17 oz with elevation turret, works great, Shot a antelope last fall at 472 turret worked great.
Have also used Kenton turrets on conquest when I want ballistic info set For one load, example ttsx 180 @ 2960 in 300 win mag, does away with range card, think that runs about $125 cost may have changed since I had it done.

I sent this 3-9 Conquest back for an elevation turret. Other than turning the wrong way, it seems OK. You can get Kenton yardage turrets for a hunderd bucks or get the yardage or MOA tape, less money. I think you can get zero stop but have been told it's not that easy to install. Can't say, haven't tried it. DF

DF, thanks for the pic. I believe they are a bit lower profile than what came on my 6.5-20 Conquest. Look to be.
These Meopta's...... err, Conquests seem to track really well. My 6.5-20 sure does and the 3-9 I tested last week did as well.
Tell me more about the zero stop.... is that a Kenton accessory? trying to visualize how that would work. I've considered machining a little ring just the right height to go under the turret on the 6.5-20...

FWIW, Meopta has a promotion going on for these turrets. May not help with anything related to this thread, but oh well.... Meopta/Kenton

Yes it does DF. I'll have that screwed up in about 5 minutes......dial to 300 and be 2 ft low.

In the spirit of DIY, I just hopped on the lathe and made a zero stop for my 6.5-20. I used gray PVC plastic that I had on hand from some parts I made for someone. I suppose black plastic would be maybe cooler. Anodized aluminum would be coolEST but screw that. Anyway, the little [bleep] works great! It returns me to about 1 MOA under my zero, so it's easy to just spin under it and come back up, which is what I do anyway. I'd be glad to make these for folks. Just need a measurement that you can provide with a standard caliper.
