Still in Kanuckistan, THOMAS  Havin' EX problems, as well as 'puter grief. Can type a whole sentence before I see a letter. Or I get scrip errors. Going to have to reinstall Mandriva. If any more(computer) problems, going back to Ubuntu. May have my daughter and grandson along as well. Hope that will be ok. took me 15 minutes to type this---can you say "goodnight mandriva"?! Later....

I spoke with Mark this AM, via email. It is time to get an accurate headcount for the hunt. There are those who have made deposit, and there are those who intend to go that have not. Also, if you intend to shoot an exotic, Mark needs to know. If you are not on the "deposit" list and are still intending to go, please shoot me a PM. New hunters are welcome, but the same applies to them.

I obviously be attending the shindig, and I am about 99% sure my little boy will be along with me. I have talked to Mark about that already. Stephen(my son) is 5 and this will be his first time out hunting. He has been out shooting a bunch but never chasing game, so I figure this will be a great opportunity for him. He wont be hunting himself but will be taggin along with me.

I hope he does...I taught him to shoot, he spent 6 years or so in the Marine Corps...but I can still out shoot him and put his azz on the ground.... Pat he needs to see if he can get time off from work. Should know in a couple of days.

Yep. Starting to get a bit anticipatory my ownself. Bought my airline tix Monday, and been down to the range the past two days in variable conditions to see how the 270 Wizzum is hittin'...
Out to 200, she's hittin' pretty hard well inside MOA off the bench, and MOA in field positions.
I'm thinkin' bout cigars and whisky, just a tad, although I generally am tee-total until we got dead critters on the ground. EH76 will no doubt contradict me on this, but you have to take into consideration his head was swole bigger'n mine the mornin I shot my speedgoat last fall...
