Did a bit more shooting today. Ran some of the 225 FTXs into some soaked phonebooks at about 1780fps. Results were pretty impressive. Lots of penetration and boy do they expand well. Got the gang a box of Avo #2s, Dan, on Steve's suggestion for the lie fest Sat night.
Are we going camp fare Friday night or are Pat and us stopping for groceries along the way down? I see some smack starting to get talked...I like that. I'm still planning on crawfish (or shrimp at least) for Friday and Bart's brisket tacos with Gregs pico de gallo for Saturday. Of course, and weird contributions will be devoured as appetizers and snacks.

Dang it all sounds good. Nothing better than good food and drink with good company. I gave up smoking 22 years ago though....so someone will have an extra ceeegar.
