I think you have the right idea with that. I showed the shotgun to my son last night and he really liked it. When I get back from the Bear trip im going to take him and a couple of his buddies to test it out.

Let me know what he thinks. Of course, teenagers think shotgun shells are like firecrackers anyway...

I just got back. Yesterday evening, Keith and I passed through tornado alley near Texline, TX and Clayton, NM during the middle of a tornado warning. We stopped in Texline for a few minutes to let the sky clear. We then proceeded, and got some hail. This morning, we heard from LeRoy, and met him at my house for lunch. It turns out that, inspired by rockchucker's feat of bravery that he witnessed, and harboring a longstanding desire to be a storm chaser, LeRoy went for the glory when a tornado appeared between Texline and Clayton. He apparently was a short while ahead of us during the tornado warning, and got some great pictures, some of which follow. He asked me to post them and said that he will write more when he gets a chance. He also wanted me to relay his heartfelt thanks for all of the support shown to him by all of the "guys," which certainly includes Teri and Debbie!

Not to be outdone, Keith just texted and said that a tractor trailer rig just blew over at milepost 42 about 29 miles up the road. I'll let him fill you in on that one.

Hell, yes, they was witnesses! Everybody in Tom's truck, plus about 8 of us in the following truck (Keith, Constant, Terry & Dana, Bobby and Dave, me, & Kim our outstanding guide). Dave blew the Nutria in the water in half with his rifle, while the rest of us had to hold Rockchucker back as he endeavored to plunge into the frigid waters of the South Llano with his glistening unsheathed Benchmade to add yet another denizen of the wild to his burgeoning list of "stuck" critters...

You could probably sell some of those guns as it seems you don't need them!

If you haven't done so, you need to make a post about the "bushbuck" story. I thought Keith (elkhunter76) and I were going to pizz ourselves laughin'!

If someone could talk the two coonasses (Steve_NO and WGM) into it, that'd be very much good...
