Doc needs at least 1/2 cup of coffee before I'd consider him approachable.

Bart...my wife loves brisket and I told her how you slaved around the smoker all day turning out that masterpiece. I'm gonna have to let her try it for herself next time.

To do what you did for folks all weekend, without huntingg yourself, was nicely selfless,buddy. Didn't surprise me,though!

For those of you poor souls who didn't have a short drive to get home like myself and couldn't take leftovers, my family and I had Bart's brisket and that super sausage Alan brought for supper last night!

Bill I am so jealous. That brisket and sausage was awesome. Almost as good as that Cajun boil on Friday! That might give the people who failed to make it.... (Les) an idea of how good this weekend was!

I forgot to mention, that was the BEST crawfish I've ever eaten. My thumbs were raw Saturday morning from crackin' crabs, mudbugs and popping beer tops!
